About Orobosa
My name is Orobosa pronounced (o-ro-ba-sa). Orobosa means "in the hands of God". My name was given to me by my Nigerian father. I am a native Californian born in San Francisco and have lived in several cities throughout the Bay Area. I enjoy sports, working out, dance, music, travel, good food, reading and family. I love living in the Elk Grove-Sacramento Bay Area because of its growth, diversity, recreational activities, climate, and real estate market!
I attended Kaplan University and Holy Names University, studied Business Management and I have over fifteen years combined education and experience in customer service, communications, sales, business management, and emergency police dispatching. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service, and in doing so, I will listen to your wants and needs then customize a marketing plan that best suits your goals! To achieve your goals, my marketing approach utilizes the latest technologies, staging techniques, market research, and business strategies. My objective is to maintain a positive, solution-oriented, and proactive approach in all situations! I will work to achieve that which is in your best interest; for that is my promise to you!
I am currently a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, National Notary Association, e-PRO Internet Professional, Society for Human Resource Management and KW Cares. I believe in continued education and training, because it contributes to keeping me on the cutting edge of new real estate developments. Continued education and training, among other things, also contributes to me providing you with the quality service you deserve!
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Elk Grove, Wilton, Sacramento, Vacaville, Solano County and Bay Areas, please contact me. If you are buying or selling in another area I would be happy to refer you to a real estate consultant with expertise in those areas as well.
