Excellence!
Excellence, is the reinvestment of one's unique gifts or personal achievements back into the community in order to better the human condition within the community.
I believe true excellence comes only when you use your talents and gifts to benefit others to a greater extent than you employ those talents for your own personal benefit.
This distinction between personal achievement and excellence is important, because it helps us to think of our excellence in communal terms rather than in personal terms.
